ABSTRACT
The article presents an economic outlook of Estonia for 2012. It forecasts that the country's average consumer price inflation will come in at 3.6% in 2012 from the previous 3.8% estimate, given the easing grain supply bottlenecks and weaker economic expansion. It also predicts that global commodity prices will remain high despite improvement in consumer price index (CPI). It notes that the real GDP at 3.3% going into 2012 will reflect weaker domestic inflationary pressures throughout 2012.
