ABSTRACT
The article reports that according to a report from the industry trade association Oil & Gas UK, the number of young people employed in the offshore oil and gas installations in Great Britain has increased during the last five years. The "2011 Workforce Demographics Report" says that average age for an offshore worker is 41 years. However, Malcolm Webb, chief executive of Oil & Gas UK, says that there is a lock of experienced workers in the sector.
