ABSTRACT
The article reports that Redhall Group PLC has accused Vivergo Fuels of acting unlawfully in terminating its contract with Redhall Engineering Solutions. An independent adjudicator ruled that Vivergo's move had repudiated the contract in denying the company's workforce access to the site on March 14, 2011. Redhall is now seeking damages from Vivergo over the contract repudiation and will also recover unlawfully withheld payments.
