ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move by private firm Lextron Inc. to acquire Animal Health International for 251 million dollars. Leonard Green & Partners is supporting Lextron on the transaction. Lextron is being advised by William Blair & Co. on the deal. Charles Bank Capital Partners, which owns around 26% stake at Animal Health International, has already expressed its approval on the deal.
