ABSTRACT
The article reports that San Francisco Federal Credit Union (FCU) will be the authorized lender of the Medallion Sales Pilot Program developed by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) which allows individual taxi drivers to purchase a taxi medallion. Steven Stapp of San Francisco FCU says that CUs were the only financial institutions that showed interest to develop the program with SFMTA. He adds that Rebecca Reynolds of San Francisco CU designed the program for the CU.
