ABSTRACT
The article reports that House Representative Shelley Moore Capito has co-sponsored the Financial Institutions Examination Fairness and Reform Act in the U.S. to create a new Office of Examination Ombudsman to investigate examination complaints. Capito says that the bill will provide impartial process for appeals. It adds that the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has rejected the appeal of John Galante of Boeing Helicopters Credit Union (CU) on the bar issued by the Banking Department.
