Jersey responds to increased scrutiny of offshore centres

The last two to three years have been witness to increasing scrutiny of offshore centres. In particular, concern has focused on truest company business. This paper provides a guide to the practical effects to one major offshore centre's response, Jersey's new Financial Services Law 2000.
