The article focuses on the four principles of a coaching framework for developing coaching leadership of managers. These include being pushy to challenge the leaders, carving out coaching time and identifying coachable moments. It also notes the basic parts of a successful coaching training program including coaching at pre-work meetings, during in-person training workshops and within the program as well as after the program.
