ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's notes on his film "Terrorism Considered as One of the Fine Arts," written during the editing process of the film prior to its completion in 2009. The author explains his two reasons for making the film, one of which is that he was inspired by the young audiences and their understanding of his films and the other is that he met punk rock musicians Nina Erber and Alice Schneider to be in his film. He outlines the theme of eco-terrorist assassination and the plot.
