ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the consequences of the judgment in the U.S. Supreme Court case Citizens United v. U.S. Federal Election Committee (FEC). Information is provided on how the decision struck down all prohibitions on corporations' use of general funds to make campaign donations but failed to set temporal limits in funding. The author examines how temporal limits could be used to limit the influence of money in politics.
