ABSTRACT
The article presents a research in which researchers constructed recombinant single-chain variable fragments of immunoglobulins (scFvs) by using hybridomas producing well characterized monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) 9B4 and 23A2 with the most potent vaginolysin (VLY) neutralizing activity. It is reported that, the researchers used indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to verify antigen-binding activity of purified scFvs.
