Collins Stewart and Morgan Joseph TriArtisan Latest to Hook Up

Collins Stewart has partnered with middle-market investment banking firm Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, creating a 50/50 joint venture and naming the partnership CSMJ Capital Markets. The two firms see the move as a way to improve their chances of carrying out domestic U.S. public and private equity offerings.
