ABSTRACT
The article reports that Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union took help from a third party, Safe Systems Corp., for the smooth merger of managed Information Technology (IT) services during its merger with Community One Federal Credit Union. The process initiated with the development of common backbone network and using the backbone, a voice and data solution for the interaction between two credit unions. It is also given that the NetComply service from Safe monitors the servers of Carolina.
