ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to credit unions (CU) in the U.S. The scheduled confirmation hearing of National Credit Union Association (NCUA) nominee Carla Leon-Decker was delayed by the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. NCUA has refused to pay legal fees for the defense of top executives of WesCorp Federal Credit Union. Iowa Corporate Central Credit Union is planning to make partial distribution to its members before 2011 end.
