ABSTRACT
The article offers information and text of amendments and revisions to the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in the Court of Criminal Appeals. It provides information about amendments to the trial court's Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal in the appendix of the rules and Rule 31.4 related to a stay of mandate.
