The article offers information on marketing strategy of the company CentraState Healthcare System for it robotically-assisted surgery services. It states that the company decided to include and market a robotic program based on the da Vinci surgical robot, to promote its reputation in advanced technologies and lack of competition in robotics in company's primary market. The plan of the company for marketing its robotics program to customers included direct mails, billboards and print advertisements offering awareness to robotic surgery. For marketing the program to medical staff and physicians, continuing medical education programs, direct mailings, and 'Meet the Robot' events were used.
