ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a two-year contract signed between the British motor insurers' research centre Thatcham and General Insurance Association (GIA) of Thailand for the premium risk rating delivery of vehicles and accreditation of the alternative parts to the Thai market. It aims to provide a more organised approach for insurance premium setting and increase in quality and choice of aftermarket parts.
