The article focuses on developing bancassurance insurance products. It states that by gaining knowledge about past activities and transaction behaviour of customers, one can design product to suit different customers. It mentions that one should develop customer-centred products which have flexible benefits that can be easily understood by consumers. It highlights that one can obtain data on things like spending behavior, lifestyle and demographics of customers and make products accordingly.
