ABSTRACT
The article presents the views of David Kinloch, chief executive officer (CEO) of Labuan IBFC Inc. Sdn Bhd, why Labuan is a good place for an insurance company. According to him, Labuan is a dynamic and vibrant international insurance and financial centre. He talks about business climate in the city. He says that the city has a multi-billion U.S. dollar capacity, a wide range of banking and other support services along with cutting edge legislation and a product range unequalled in the region.
