ABSTRACT
The article focuses on diversification which has been the key for post houses to survive and to ride the economic roller coaster in the U.S. The ability of some facilities in handling outside its core focus has helped it through the ups and downs as clients are cost-conscious and expect more for their money. Consolidation and attrition of post houses have changed the business landscape because the studios have become aggressive on investing their own internal capacity.
