ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the effectiveness of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) in implementing teamwork. James Blake, the Program Executive Officer, says that PEO STRI is one factor of the team working to ensure that the Army has the best-trained warfighters in the world. He notes that a variety of approaches to teamwork results to different benefits, but it all lead to high-quality products for warfighters at lower costs.
