ABSTRACT
The article reports that the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus Inc. urged Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products (J&J) to alter performance claims for its REACH Total Care + Whitening Toothbrush to make clear that brush whitens teeth through abrasive action, and not through bleaching. J&J said is it is frustrated with the recommendation from NAD. However, the company said it understands the recommendation and will take it into consideration.
