ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the replacement of 60-year-old central steam heat system to single-structure and high-efficient hydronic equipment for the Williston Northampton School , the coeducational college-preparatory boarding and day school in Easthampton, Massachusetts. It states that the change of building was led by director of Physical Plant Jeff Tannatt. It mentions that the building completed at the first phase of the project, which save the average energy consumption of 30%.
