ABSTRACT
The article discusses the aspects of online document storage services and highlights the advantages and disadvantages of several renown providers for use in a financial planning sector. It mentions that the storage services offer various benefits over file servers kept in a financial planner's office. It notes that many service providers apply data redundancy throughout a network of servers situated across multiple data centers. Moreover, online storage is much less expensive compared to the cost of maintaining onsite servers.
