ABSTRACT
An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editor discusses the legacy of the late Steve Jobs, co-founder and creative genius of Apple Inc., and the various reports published within the issue including one on the four enablers of employee engagement identified in the MacLeod report and another on different types of organization as identified in a major research from Microsoft.
