ABSTRACT
The article profiles photographer and optometrist Larry Louie. It discusses the online portfolios made by Louie including one with uplifting images in Moshi, Tanzania and one with hopeful and joyful scenes from Dhaka, Bangladesh. It also examines the documentary works of Louie which exposes the poorest regions of the world as well as the most disenfranchised people.
