ABSTRACT
In this article the author offers information on The Pangnirtung Weaving Studio on the eastern edge of the Nunavut territory in Northern Canada. Particular focus is given to the experiences of artists who took place in a residency at the studio, resulting in a tapestry exhibition at the GAGA Art Center in Garnerville, New York. Images of various tapestries produced at the studio are also presented including "Our Ancestors' Land Is Our Land Now," "Achieving a Dream," and "Panniqtuuq."
