ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the industry overview of managing and insurance. As defined by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 31000, there are five processes for managing risks including communication and consultation, establishing the context, risk assessment in form of identifying, analysing and evaluating risks, treatment of risks and monitoring and review. Determining expected costs and risks in statistical skills of underwriting are critical.
