ABSTRACT
The article describes the comprehensive employee and student wellness programs at West Virginia University (WVU) aimed at helping them make healthy decisions. Dietitian/program coordinator for WVU Dining Services Nettie Freshour states that the program for employees include several components such as yearly health fair, information sessions, and behavioral change programs. For the students, a wellness task force was created as well as technology such as social media was used for the program.
