The article focuses on treehouses that provide accessibility for children and young adults with special needs. It mentions James Roth of The Treehouse Guys LLC who designed treehouse that could be accessed by people in wheelchairs which in turn earn him the Paralyzed Veterans of America's (PVA) 2011 Barrier-Free America Award.
