ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the benefits of sunlight in the psychological well-being and the integration of skylight in the construction and remodeling of the house. It says that the vitamin D supplied by the sunlight provides strength to the bones and contributes to a healthy nervous system. It adds that the skylight which is the oldest type of interior day-lighting device can be installed with a heliostat that tracks the movement of the sun and directing it into the into the tube.
