The article focuses on the treatment, management, incidence rate, and mortality statistics associated with liver and pancreatic diseases prevalent in Great Britain. Hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery is recommended for the treatment of liver and pancreatic cancer, and the hospitals providing hepatology services in the country are mentioned. Need for clinical research and the audit of current clinical practice is also recommended for the effective management of these ailments.
