ABSTRACT

Combined turnover figures of 352 million British pounds for Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge has made it the best-performing agent. The two companies outperform Savills. Companies such as Colliers International and Eddisons also reported increase in turnover. There is also an optimistic outlook toward consolidation among smaller businesses.
