ABSTRACT
The article announces that the interactive television (ITV) application of Showtime Networks Inc. has won an audience vote as the best out of other contenders in the "iTV Idol: Groundbreaking Applications" session in New York. The app lets susbscribers order the premium network with a click of the remote. Orders to the network come through the app which is available to ITV platforms. Canoe Ventures and the Cable & Telecommunication Association for Marketing serve as sponsor of the event.
