ABSTRACT
The article presents a health survey conducted on examining the young adults' knowledge of the risks and practices associated with body piercing and tattoos. It mentions that an investigation was conducted among freshmen of the University of Bari in the region of Apulia, Italy. It informs that most of the freshmen knew about AIDS-related risks of body art but not other potential risks.
