ABSTRACT
The article presents a study protocal conducted on examining a job-specific workers' health surveillance (WHS) program for construction workers in Netherlands. It mentions that job-specific WHS consists of modules assessing both physical and psychological requirements, and is aimed at improving the health quality of the WHS for construction workers and stimulating relevant job-specific preventive actions by the occupational physician. It discusses the method used for the study and its findings.
