ABSTRACT
The article discusses the balanced outlook provided by Miller Oil Co. president and National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) chairman Jeff Miller for the convenience store and fuels industry at the Outlook Leadership 2011 in California. Miller says that the state of the industry is pretty good partly because of the adaptability of retailers in the face of strong economic challenges. The increase in fuel gross profits from January through May 2011 is also discussed.
