ABSTRACT
The article presents a research which attempts to examine whether there exists any association between mental illness and poor quality of physical health care. It is reported that, the researchers used population-based retrospective cohort method to conduct the research. According to the research, mental health clients (MHCs) have a significantly higher rate of potentially preventable hospitalisations (PPHs) than non-MHCs.
