ABSTRACT
The article urges leaders to develop four dimensions of integrity that contribute to ethical, engaging and effective cultures. Results of a KPMG poll shows the high percentage of workers who had observed misconduct among leaders that would cause public distrust if discovered. The four dimensions of integrity are identity, authenticity, alignment, and accountability.
