ABSTRACT
The article claims that a number of companies lack a systemic way to foster management innovation. It reveals that generation of unique ideas seems to be the challenge facing these companies, and components which can help them are offered. Several questions are presented to help in identifying management processes. Actions that need to be taken to systematically capture a prolific innovator's approach are enumerated. A discussion on the seven deadly myths of innovation is presented.
