The article focuses on the dedication of Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute (SCBI), a premier training and observation science center, for species and habitat conservation. It states that SCBI employs 45 animal experts and scientists including bird specialists, biologists, and veterinarians who are committed in saving endangered animal species. It says that the activities of the center are broad including ecological studies, conservation science training, and animal endocrinology.
