ABSTRACT
The author reflects on his 42 years as member of the Institute of Management Services (IMS). He mentions that his term of office as national chairman of the Institute will end at the annual general meeting (AGM) on October 21, 2011. He assures the continued commitment of the Institute to informing the public about the merits of productivity. He cites the changes in the Institute's website and the introduction of a regular newsletter.
