ABSTRACT
The article presents an overview of the role that chiropractors can play in educating patients about the importance of proper posture and in helping aging patients to improve and strengthen their posture. Posture exercise programs which are offered by chiropractors and can help patients improve motion and alignment and reduce pain are discussed.
