ABSTRACT
The article focuses on international expansion of American Coatings Associations (ACA). In Canada, the volatile organic compounds (VOC) may be subjected to control by regulatory authorities in consumer products. In European Union (EU), the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Directive requirements for paint and printing are in the control process. In Great Britain, new regulations for coatings are implemented based on the European Commission (EC) Solvent Commission Directive.
