ABSTRACT
The article reports that the changes in the electronic statements (e-statement) at North Shore Federal Credit Union (FCU) in Grand Marais in Minnesota increased its adoption rates. President Mark Summers says that the changes in the registration process have doubled the number of e-statement users. It also mentions that the FCU's e-statement service is provided by AgilityFour through its AgilityWeb platform.
