The article presents an overview of the ailing condition of Brazzaville, Congo due to the threats of war. It notes that international health workers have attempted to stay detach where their heart often intervenes. Moreover, the capabilities of Africans to tell about a person from the steadiness of their eyes while sharing hopes for their future is also emphasized.
