ABSTRACT
This section offers news briefs concerning the food service industry. The Whole Grains Council will offer food service operators prizes for participating in its fifth annual Whole Grains Challenge. Entries to the annual Healthy Rice Bowls Contest being held by the USA Rice Federation will be accepted until October 28, 2011. The California Table Grape Commission published a free booklet entitled "Presenting Fresh Grapes From California for Catering Professionals."
