Due to the high costs associated with room service, food services director Mark Galvin explains how they incorporated room service with the traditional trayline style to reduce the operating budget. Compared to the previous room service menu, the new patient menu is more streamlined. They also changed some food offerings such as the salmon and beef tenderloin.
