ABSTRACT
The article discusses the survey conducted by the International Tax Dialogue, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the International Monetray Fun (IMF), the Europeand Union (EU), and the World Bank to assess the tax administration in 15 sub-Saharan African revenue bodies. The revenue bodies include Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Botswana. It also highlights the fraction that tax revenues account for the gross domestic product (GDP) in sub-Saharan Africa.
