The article presents the author's insights on the initiatives of wireless operators to improve data use and efficient wireless networks. The author relates the use of network analytics at Sprint to help call center workers in handling subscribers' calls regarding wireless service. Moreover, the author mentions the application of network intelligence technologies to help wireless operators promote customer satisfaction, optimization and effective traffic management.
